About Us Personally!
Chuck and Linda Gregg:
When we are not selling real estate we enjoy spending time with our 3 wonderful children, Nicole 28, John 25, & Allie 15, our twin grandsons Seth & Trey 9, Jayden 3 and our newest grandson, Kaeden born 2/13/2008- and our granddaugthers, Sierra 9, Micaela 5, Hannah 5 & Kylee 2.
Kim Garrettson, GRI:
Kim brings a broad range of experience to the team. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 1990. She has also worked in the banking industry as a Human Resources Specialist. In addition to selling real estate full time, Kim serves as a mentor to new agents. The mentor program assists newly licensed real estate agents through their first three transactions. In her spare time, Kim spends time with her teenage son, who also keeps her very busy.
Robert Conover:
Born in Maryland and raised in Annapolis, I am a loving husband and father of three boys and one little girl who are my life. We moved to Elkton in 2002, and have become very involved in the area in many ways. As a present member of the United States Air Force serving as an A-10 fighter pilot with the Maryland Air National Guard, I bring integrity, loyalty and dedication, which provide a strong foundation for a solid real estate sales associate. I presently hold a license in Maryland, and just recently passed the Delaware exam allowing me to spread my expertise into Delaware. I am excited to join the Gregg team with Re/Max Chesapeake that will allow me to provide services for not only existing residential homes, but also new Gemcraft homes which offer well built quality homes, affordably priced, in the communities where you want to live.
Nicole Roers:
I am a proud Mommy of many, some by birth and some are step, who also mean the world to me. Seth and Trey are my twin boys they are 9 and my son Kaeden who was born 2/13/2008. Hannah is 5, Jayden is 3 and Kylee is 2, they are my lil loves that will always have my heart:) These kids are my life! If we are not working or doing family things you can find us in church! We are weekly attenders and my twins go to Glasgow Christian Academy. On a professional aspect, I list and sell homes. I enjoy working with first time home buyers, who need the expertise of a Realtor as well as someone who cares. I also work with Larson Custom Homes*, who offer quality homes at an affordable price. Beyond the duties of a Real Estate agent, I do some behind the scenes work to keep things running smooth.
John Rogers:
When I'm not at a model home selling new construction or showing a home, I am spending time with my beautiful daughter, Micaela. If I am not with my family, you can bet you will find me fishing! I represent Larson's Custom Homes* offering quality homes at an affordable price!

It is with great pleasure that we offer this testimonial to you.
We first encountered the Gregg Team in September of 2002 while looking at a model home in Fair Hill West. When we entered the model home, we were greeted by Nicole Lee. She was the most helpful in providing us with brochures and answering our numerous questions as we toured the home. This was a pleasant experience since earlier that day we had encountered an agent in another community who was very rude and unwilling to answer any of our questions.
The following weekend when we returned to the model we met Chuck Gregg who was extremely helpful in assisting us in planning our new home. We found him to be straight-forward and honest with us. Whenever we called and left messages for Chuck he was always quick to return our phone calls.
As the months went by we would often stop at the model home whenever we visited the construction site. This is when we met and got to know John Rogers. John always greeted us with a smile, offered us a cold drink, and entertained us with his fishing stories. It was usually John who took our messages regarding our new home and passed them along to the builder's site foreman. I don't recall any instance where he failed to deliver any messages for us.
Buying a home is a stressful experience and building one is even more stressful. These three members of The Gregg Team helped us deal with the stress and made the experience and extremely pleasant one. We would not hesitate using them again for any of our future real estate needs.
